About Beachside Villas

Each villa is located directly on the beach. All accommodations are tasteful, spacious, and all-inclusive. The master bedroom and living rooms of each villa open to private decks for lounging and enjoying the magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean. The luxurious bedrooms feature king-size beds and air conditioning, and each bedroom has a private bathroom so you do not have to fight over the shower!

The living rooms are very modern, equipped with cable TV, VCR/DVD, and free Wi-Fi. In the middle of the villas, off the kitchen, is an open-air atrium for informal dining and grills for barbequing. The dining area and kitchens are spacious and equipped with microwaves.

Local Activities

There are plenty of activities to do near our beachside resort. The villas are located just five minutes from casinos, shopping, excellent restaurants, tennis, and golf, and only ten minutes away from the towns of Marigot (French) and Philipsburg (Dutch).

Friendly Staff

Besides our resident manager, on-site personnel include housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance and security staff. Each member of our staff is friendly and looks forward to making your vacation an enjoyable one.
